If you’re looking to have a full A la cart buffet experience, then edge at the Pan Pacific hotel is perfect for you. They have a huge selection of cuisines , probably one of the largest when it comes to buffets. They offer everything from Japanese, Indian, Malay, Chinese as well as plant based and gluten-free options! LingZhi is an amazing vegetarian buffet restaurant, they have a variety of yummy dishes! I don’t know about you, but I love seeing more and more vegetarian/plant-based restaurants popping up! They have two locations: one in Liat towers ( in Orchard Road) that offers A La Carte Lunch and Dinner buffets and one in Velocity @ Novena Square (in Thomson Road) that offers a vegetarian A La Carte hot pot buffet and a high tea buffet as well!
The pricing is also quite affordable, starting from $24.80 for an adult and $14.80 for a child.

Buffet town are known for their international food selections, they also have a hot pot station and a variety of local dishes such as spicy chilli crabs, laksa and Hainanese chicken rice.
